Andy Waters is a founding partner of Waters Kraus Paul & Siegel and has litigated civil matters for over 30 years — first as a defense attorney, and since 1991, as an advocate for injured plaintiffs and their families. His experience includes litigation of personal injury cases, particularly in the areas of toxic tort, where he has won numerous individual verdicts.
Born in Washington, D.C., Andy earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the College of William and Mary. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center, where he has taught as an adjunct professor. Andy has also taught at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. He has been admitted to practice law in Texas, California, North Carolina, Oregon, and the District of Columbia. Andy is a member of the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association.
