Biography

Scott Kruka serves as of counsel at Waters Kraus Paul & Siegel. Scott’s experience includes asbestos litigation, personal injury cases, and wrongful death suits. A native of Syracuse, New York, Scott earned his bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Texas at Austin. He was awarded a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center. Admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1987 and the State Bar of Pennsylvania in 2011, Scott has served as an adjunct professor of trial advocacy at Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, American Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
