Biography

Hugh Waters is an attorney in the Dallas office of Waters Kraus Paul & Siegel. His practice focuses on a range of litigation in state and federal venues, including representation of plaintiffs who have been injured by exposure to asbestos and toxic chemicals, as well as product and premises liability. He graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law, with honors, in 2024. He earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 2020.
