Biography
Nicole R. Poursalimi is an attorney at Waters Kraus Paul & Siegel in the firm’s Los Angeles office, where she focuses on complex civil litigation, toxic torts and product liability. She brings a scientific background and a natural curiosity to her work, helping her navigate complex technical and legal issues that arise in cases involving toxic exposures and dangerous products. Nicole is fluent in English and Farsi.
Nicole studied chemistry in college, developing an appreciation for the rules, processes and reactions that govern the physical world. She ultimately found herself drawn to the human side of problem-solving and the opportunity to help people navigate conflict and injustice. As a lawyer, she combines her analytical background with a strong interest in people and a commitment to finding thoughtful solutions to difficult problems. She also values the relationships at the heart of litigation, working to build trust with clients and understand the human consequences of the injuries they have experienced.
