Prior to beginning his legal career, Peter Kraus earned his bachelor’s degree from Duke University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Texas. He serves on multiple asbestos bankruptcy creditor and trustee advisory committees and was appointed by then-Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to serve on the board of the Federal Judicial Center Foundation
