About Peter Kraus 

As a Dallas, Texas native, Mr. Kraus has dedicated his practice to representing clients all around the metropolitan area in toxic torts cases, and pharmaceutical injury litigation. Following his undergraduate career at Duke University, Mr. Kraus earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas and was later admitted to practice by the State Bar of Texas. His outstanding service to the legal profession and his community has resulted in various awards and honors. Mr. Kraus’ reputable experience as a litigator has been recognized by the board of the Federal Judicial Center Foundation where he is serving a second 5-year term. He has also been named on the Thomson Reuters Texas Super Lawyers® list repeatedly in the last eighteen years.
