Following the nomination phase, a confidential panel of respected North Texas practitioners reviews the nominees to finalize the list. About Peter Kraus
Mr. Kraus is widely recognized for his tireless advocacy on behalf of individuals and families affected by personal injury, wrongful death, and corporate negligence. Under his leadership, Waters Kraus Paul & Siegel has earned record verdicts and settlements in complex litigation, including representing individuals who have been injured by exposure to asbestos and other toxic chemicals, as well as dangerous and defective products. The firm is also nationally respected for representing whistleblowers who expose fraud and waste in government programs under the False Claims Act.
