How are employers liable for protecting workers and their families from exposure asbestos and toxic chemicals?
Employers have a legal obligation to provide a safe and healthy workplace for their employees. This includes protecting workers from exposure to dangerous chemicals and other harmful substances. What is asbestos?
Asbestos is a naturally occurring mineral fiber that was once widely used in construction materials due to its heat-resistant and insulating properties.
