Biography

Cory Powell is a dedicated attorney at Waters Kraus Paul & Siegel, serving clients in both the firm’s Dallas and Los Angeles offices. With a diverse practice focusing on birth injury litigation, toxic torts litigation, benzene litigation, trucking accident litigation, premises liability, and talc litigation, Cory brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his clients.

A proud alumnus of the University of California at Davis, Cory earned his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from UNT Dallas College of Law. Before embarking on his legal career, Cory served his country as a combat veteran in the U.S. Army, with tours of duty in Afghanistan, Iraq, the Balkans, and the Middle East. His military background has instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and commitment to serving others.

With a passion for justice and a tireless work ethic, Cory is dedicated to fighting for the rights of those who have been wronged and helping them navigate the complex legal system. His unique background and diverse skill set make him a valuable asset to the Waters Kraus Paul & Siegel team and a fierce advocate for his clients across a wide range of practice areas.
