Biography

Elizabeth Post serves as Of Counsel to Waters Kraus Paul & Siegel in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Elizabeth’s practice focuses on toxic tort matters such as asbestos, benzene, and Roundup litigation, which include personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, product liability and transnational cases and claims. Elizabeth earned her bachelor’s degree with a double major in English and Spanish from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, California, Magna Cum Laude. After graduating from Loyola Marymount University, Elizabeth served as a Peace Corps volunteer during which time she worked and lived in the rural highlands of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Elizabeth was awarded her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, California, where she graduated as a Public Interest Scholar. Elizabeth was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2010. Elizabeth obtained her L.L.M, Order of the Coif, from the University of Southern California (Gould) Law School, Los Angeles, California, in 2023.
