Partner Scott Frost to Discuss Changes in California’s Asbestos Litigation

Panel Discussion to be held during Perrin Conferences’ 2012 Asbestos Litigation Conference

Partner and trial attorney Scott Frost will be speaking at the Perrin Conferences’ upcoming annual asbestos Conference. This year’s conference, “A National Overview & Outlook,” will be held at The Fairmont San Francisco, and runs from September 10th to September 12th. Mr. Frost will be participating in a panel discussion examining the impacts of California’s current judicial resources on asbestos litigation, the explosion of the Los Angeles docket since 2006, and more. The discussion panel titled, “Seismic Shifts in California Asbestos Litigation,” will take place on in the late afternoon on September 11, 2012 at 4:14 pm.

Mr. Frost is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Waters Kraus Paul & Siegel. His practice focuses on helping victims of asbestos exposure seek justice. Mr. Frost is licensed to practice law by the state bars of California, Texas, Georgia, Kentucky, and Indiana.
